Glen Guyton

Glen Guyton currently serves as executive director for Mennonite Church USA. He is a member of the National Speaker Association (NSA) and is a certified project management professional. As an ordained minister, Glen has over 20 years of experience working with youth and children’s ministry at both the congregational and denominational level. Before working in youth ministry, Glen was a certified middle
school teacher. He has a BS in Management and a Master’s of Education. In addition to being an advocate for youth and families, Glen also works with organizations looking to improve productivity through innovative leadership and intercultural competency. As a husband and father of a son and adult daughter, Glen loves connecting with youth, young adults, and organizations seeking to stay true to their mission. Glen has spoken to thousands of youth and adults throughout the United States, Jamaica, and Africa. He still maintains positive mentoring relationships with now-adults whom he served as a
youth pastor at Calvary Community Church in Hampton, Virginia. He currently resides in San Antonio, Texas.
